Returns and Exchanges

A size that does not fit? Do not panic.

Returns and exchanges are free from France.

To return an order or part of the order, please contact us at the email address retour@nosc-sport.fr specifying all the details of the order.

You can return your products up to 15 days after receipt, as specified by consumer law.

We make every effort to facilitate your purchasing process!

All our orders are also prepared by us and sent from our offices in Lyon, by post or the collissimo service.

Attention :
If your order includes both products in stock and pre-order products, we reserve the option of delivering them all at once in order to facilitate shipping and limit costs. If you wish to receive the products already in stock before the products in reservation, we invite you to place two separate orders.

Delivery times in metropolitan France and Benelux:

For our products in stock: delivery times vary from 3 to 5 working days from the day of shipment.

For our pre-order products: Each pre-order product includes a different delivery date. You will find it directly on the page of the product concerned.

Shipping cost :

- Home delivery by post: flat rate of €5 regardless of the format

Delivery is free from 120€ of purchase.
